Samsung uses the PMA 2010 to launch 6 new digital compact point-and-shoot (aim and shoot) of different flavors: TL500 (fast lens), TL350 (video FullHD, 1000 fps), AQ100 (waterproof) and SL605 (lasting ).

TL500

Without doubt the best point-and-shoot “Samsung as it is capable of shooting in RAW with a fast f1.8 lens and lets you see everything in a rotating AMOLED screen (type Reflex Olympus) of 3 inches. Packs a 10 megapixel CCD sensor of 1/1.7 “(the same size as the S90s) and has a Schneider 24mm lens f/1.8 for quick shots and wide angles, with a 3x optical zoom.

The TL500 shoot in RAW and has an ISO 3200 at full resolution, and a variety of shooting modes including full manual control and technologies of Samsung Smart Auto 2.0 and dual image stabilization.

The only caveat is the limited video mode 640 x 480 at 30fps, yet their price is $ 449.

TL350

The TL350 does not have the same high-quality lens or a sensor large as the TL500, but its feature set is far more convincing. To begin shooting in RAW, records video up to 1000 fps (like the Casio FC100) has an AMOLED screen and can capture 10MP stills during video recording Full HD at 1080p.

This camera features a 10 megapixel CMOS sensor and a Schneider 24mm lens with 5x optical zoom capable. It has manual controls, a non-rotating screen 3-inch AMOLED and thanks to its dual capture function lets you take still pictures while shooting video without having to switch modes. Its price is $ 350.

AQ100 and SL605

These cameras have special purposes, as the AQ100 is water resistant, and the SL605 is “durable”. Both have 12 megapixels, 5x zoom, a 2.7-inch LCD screen and the usual characteristics of a point-and-shoot.The AQ100 take 720p but the SL605 is limited to 640 × 480.

The price of the AQ100 is $ 200, while the SL605 will cost USD $ 130 and be available in spring.

Sebastian noted that the issue should not be considered “from the viewpoint of one country, but from the European point of view and even from the global viewpoint. The minister clarified that, if implemented the fee revenue should be used to provide enhancements to Internet users.

The company has taken out its checkbook to buy the startup remail, which was responsible for an excellent application for managing Gmail for an  iPhone, and which many believe was far better than one’s own mail application included in these terminals.
Gabor Cselle, responsible for the implementation and the company of the same name, announced with enthusiasm the acquisition by Google, but curiously also indicated that the acquisition of remail caused the demise of Apple Store.
Cselle had worked for Google in the past, and did so precisely in the department of Gmail. Now back as head of the product, and probably handles its own version of Google that has unfortunately led to the disappearance of remail on the map.
