Sony brings the 3D on TV: The Japanese manufacturer released in March its first two Blu-ray range 3D Ready.
The electronics manufacturers have not missed the turn to 3D. Sony is preparing to market in March its first two DVD players Blu-ray 3D, the BDP-S470 and BDP-S570, which will be the first of range 3D Ready.
The new turntables promise a display Full HD 1080p Blu-ray, but can also play standard CDs and DVDs.
The new Blu-ray 3D Sony will also be able to decode the audio stream Dolby True HD and DTS-HS Master Audio and will incorporate a USB port for power on their television viewing, from a device, photos and videos or listen to music.
The Blu-ray 3D BDP-S470 will acquire more of a native module Wi-Fi to connect to the Web and have direct access to platforms like YouTube, NetFlix and Sony Music.
Only drawback: consumers who purchase one of these early Blu-ray will have to wait to update the firmware this summer that will effectively enjoy the 3D feature.
The Blu-ray 3D BDP-S470 should be sold around $ 200, while the BDP-S570 should be sold around $ 250.

While Facebook wants to add email to the social network to compete with Gmail, Google could launch new features this week of ’social networking’ in your mail in the cloud.
A new war over social networking and messaging in the cloud is making an appearance on the Internet. If the rumors a few days ago placed to Facebook developing an email service for the social web already has 400 million users, Google could announce this week new social features to your mail system Gmail.
As have posted Wall Street Journal, Google is ready to announce this week a major step to turn Gmail into a true social network. This would be a series of functions closely related to the management of mail contacts.
Thus users can establish a new way to share information and content as well as contribute to new initiatives and existing comment.

With the advent of technology, proliferation of information has been made so much easier compared to the past. Suddenly, everything seems to be available in the information highway. Parents from the yesteryear tend to be less technology savvy than their children and many a times they are left wondering what their children are doing behind the screen. Computer spy becomes a method that they consider useful to keep track of the activities on and off the net.
Yet it brings us to the question of ethical concern. Should the parents have done that sneakily instead of asking their own children? Besides, it is not so much of a question of what computer spy methods are being employed over here, but rather a question of whether they should even do it in the first place. Out in the market, there are devices that secretly spy on computer activities and all information that are accessed. Personally I feel that we should respect everyone’s privacy. And as a parents to a growing child, it is even imperative that parents be a good role model instead of spying secret on their children.
Having said that, one can argue that from a company point of view, computer spy is a necessary evil given the porous flow of information and the possible leak of company secrets. Checks and balances are the reason for the need of computer spy. Ultimately it depends on individuals or companies to judge whether the end justify the means.
